Project Overview
Boot Barn was planning their annual strategy kickoff meeting.
The theme for the event was baseball spring training, so the idea was to lean into that theme and turn the team into their own baseball card set.
Each featured team member received a custom slabbed card along with 50 additional copies.

The design was inspired by classic Topps baseball cards.
Each card included
A photo of the team member
Their role on the Loss Prevention team
Personal highlights and strengths
A vintage baseball card style layout
The back of the card added even more personality.
It included things like personal mottos, strengths, and short bios that gave the team a snapshot of who each person is.
The goal was to make the cards feel like real trading cards, not just printed name badges.
