Orders & Pricing
How much do custom cards cost?
Pricing depends on many factors like the number of cards, designs needed and any special finishes or upgrades. For an exact price for your project, request a custom quote.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. The current minimum order value is $55 + shipping. If you need fewer copies of your order, I usually recommend the slab + 10 card option.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
I work with parents, artists, teams, businesses, creators and trading card companies. Whether you need one design, a team set, a birthday trading card, or a full-blown series, I can help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, PayPal, and more. For larger projects, we can also arrange invoicing.
Design & File Prep
Do I need a design ready to go?
Not at all. Some customers come with fully finished layouts. Others give me phone photos and a quick idea. Both are fine.
How should files be prepared if I want to save on design fees?
If you want to send print-ready files, you can request my Illustrator template after you submit a quote request. It walks you through bleed, safe zones, color mode, and export settings. There’s also a File Setup Guide available on the site.
Proofing
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes! You’ll receive a digital proof of all designed materials before we begin production. Nothing gets printed until you approve it.
How many revisions do I get?
Reasonable revisions are included. I just ask that you batch changes when possible so the process stays efficient.
Can I make changes after I approve my proof?
Once you approve, we move right into print production. If you catch something after approval, reach out right away and we’ll let you know if adjustments are still possible.
Printing & Production
What cardstock do you use?
Cards are printed on professional 16 pt. card stock, the same type generally used for base sports cards. It has the right stiffness and weight that you’d expect from a real card.
Where are the cards printed?
All cards are produced at my family’s print shop, Archway Press, located near Philadelphia and in operation since 1979.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer rush services?
Yes, when possible. If you’re on a tight deadline, let us know when requesting your quote. Rush production and expedited shipping are available for an additional charge.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we print and ship within the United States. International shipping may be available on request, contact us for more details.
Policies
What happens if my cards arrive damaged?
If your order arrives with damage or a print error on our end, we’ll replace the cards at no additional cost. If the error is present in the approved proof, we cannot honor a reprint without additional cost.
Do you keep my designs on file?
Yes, we keep your designs securely on file so reorders are fast and easy.
Where are your cards printed?
Our cards are proudly designed and printed in the USA. We area small business based out of Exton, Pennsylvania.
