Design & File Prep

  • Absolutely. Many projects start with just an idea. I’m happy to help you think through quantities, formats, and options to shape it into a finished set.

  • Not at all. Some customers come with print-ready files. Others start with a few photos and a rough idea. I can work with either, from light file prep to complete card design and full set creation.

  • Yes. I offer complete design support, including card templates, layouts, backs, and full set builds.

    Design work is scoped based on the needs of your project and confirmed before anything begins.

  • I can take inspiration from classic or modern trading card styles while creating a design that fits your project. I don’t directly replicate copyrighted designs or layouts.

  • If you’re providing print-ready files, I can share my design templates after you submit a quote request. These cover dimensions, bleed, safe zones, color mode, and export settings.

  • Not necessarily. While high-quality photos always produce the best results, many projects start with standard photos from phones, team photographers, or existing assets.

Proofing & Revisions

  • Yes. You’ll receive digital proofs for review before anything goes to print. Nothing is produced without your approval.

  • Reasonable revisions are included. I just ask that feedback is batched when possible so the process stays efficient and on schedule.

  • Once a proof is approved, the project moves into production. If you catch something afterward, reach out right away and I’ll let you know whether changes are still possible.

  • Print-ready files like PDF, or high-res JPEG/PNG are all acceptable.

Printing & Production

  • Cards are printed on professional 16 pt. card stock, similar to what you’d expect from traditional sports cards. It has the proper weight, stiffness, and finish for long-term durability.

  • Yes. Packaging options vary by project and may include individual cards, team sets, foil packs, slabs, or custom configurations. Available options will be discussed during the quote process.

  • All cards are designed and printed in the USA. Production is handled through my family’s print shop, Archway Press, located near Philadelphia and operating since 1979.

    This allows for consistent quality control, faster communication, and reliable turnaround times.

  • Standard size is 2.5″×3.5″ on high-quality cardstock. I offer matte or gloss finishes on thick board. Specialty stocks may also be available upon request.

  • Premium options like foil stamping, spot UV coating, embossing, and colored edge painting. These enhancements make your cards look upscale and unique.

  • Gloss or matte finish is chosen when ordering. Gloss adds a shiny, vibrant look; matte gives a subdued, elegant feel. Both protect the card and enhance image quality.

  • Yes. Larger orders get lower per-card pricing. Volume discounts typically varies with quantity increase. Request a custom quote to get volume discount.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Cards typically arrive sealed in custom foil packs or sleeves to keep them mint. Bulk orders often come in sturdy boxes. Premium options like collector binders can also be requested available.

  • If your order arrives damaged or there’s a production error on my end, I’ll replace the affected items at no additional cost. If an error was present in the approved proof, reprints may require an additional charge.
