Every project starts with a story
No two card projects are the same. Some people come to me with a clear vision, others just have a few photos and a rough idea. Either way, I’ll help guide the process and handle what’s needed to make sure the final cards look professional and feel meaningful.
Project Inquiry & Fit
Reach out and tell me about your project. We’ll talk through your goals, card quantity, packaging options, and timing. If it’s a good fit, I’ll outline the scope and pricing so everything is clear up front.
Approval, Invoice & Assets
Once you approve the package, pricing, and timeline, I’ll send an invoice. After payment, your project is added to my production queue.
At this stage, you’ll begin gathering assets (photos, logos, names, stats, spreadsheets) and share them with me (usually via a shared drive).
Design Template & Proofing
I’ll design the front and back of your card and send over proofs for review. This part is a collaboration: we’ll go back and forth until you’re happy. Some customers want full control over every detail, others give me freedom to run with it. Either way works.
Nothing goes to print until you’ve seen and approved your final design.
Full Set Build & Print
Once templates are approved, I use them to build the full set. As groups are completed (player cards, backs, autograph cards, foil wrappers, or other components), I’ll share previews for review.
After all designs are approved, everything is sent to print on professional trading-card stock.
QA, Packaging & Delivery
After printing, every order is checked by hand and finished in-house. For team sets, this includes sorting cards, assembling packs, stuffing foil wrappers, and heat sealing.
Your order is carefully boxed and shipped from Pennsylvania, with tracking provided so you know exactly when to expect it.
Behind the scenes
You’re working directly with me from start to finish. Design, printing, packaging, all of it. I know the process end to end, so every step is handled with care.
