Every project starts with a story
No two card projects are the same. Some people come to me with a clear vision, others just have a few photos and a rough idea. Either way, I’ll help guide the process and handle what’s needed to make sure the final cards look professional and feel meaningful.
You can start with an idea, photos and information, a partially developed concept, or finished artwork from your own designer. We will identify what your project needs and guide it through design, production, packaging, and delivery.
Project Inquiry & Fit
Reach out and tell me about your project. We’ll talk through your goals, card quantity, packaging options, and timing. If it’s a good fit, I’ll outline the scope and pricing so everything is clear up front.
Using the Request Quote form is the easiest way to get started.
Gather Assets or Artwork
Once you approve the package, pricing, and timeline, we will organize what is needed to begin. Depending on your project, this may include photos, logos, names, statistics, written content, brand guidelines, spreadsheets, or completed card artwork from your designer.
Design, Artwork Review & Proofing
If you need design support, we will create the card design and build the set with you. If you already have artwork, we will review the files for sizing, bleed, resolution, color, and production readiness.
In either case, you will receive proofs for review. Nothing moves into production until the final files have been approved.
Full Set Build & Print
Once templates are approved, I use them to build the full set. As groups are completed (player cards, backs, autograph cards, foil wrappers, or other components), I’ll share previews for review.
After all designs are approved, everything is sent to print on professional trading-card stock.
QA, Packaging & Delivery
After printing, every order is checked by hand and finished in-house. For team sets, this includes sorting cards, assembling packs, stuffing foil wrappers, and heat sealing.
Your order is carefully boxed and shipped from Pennsylvania, with tracking provided so you know exactly when to expect it.
