Returns & Cancellations

Because most Trading Card Memories projects are custom-designed and produced specifically for each order, returns are not accepted once design or production has begun.

If you need to cancel a project, please reach out as soon as possible. Orders may be eligible for cancellation prior to the start of design work.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on my end, I’ll always work with you to make it right.
