Bring Your Vision to Life with Custom Trading Cards
Tell me about your project and what you’re hoping to create. I’ll review the details and follow up within 1-2 business days with next steps or a personalized quote.
Before You Start
To keep projects running smoothly and maintain quality, here are a few helpful guidelines:
Minimum order: $200 + shipping for print-ready files that meet production specs
Design support: I can work with print-ready files, adjust existing artwork for production, or handle complete design from the ground up. This includes card templates, layouts, and full set creation. Design work is scoped based on the needs of your project and confirmed before anything begins.
Multiple designs: You can include multiple card designs in one order, as long as files are prepared correctly
Project fit: I take on a limited number of projects at a time so I can give each one the attention it deserves. I’ll always let you know quickly if your project is a good fit
Usage rights: To protect everyone involved, I can’t produce cards featuring third-party logos, characters, or trademarks unless you have permission or licensing to use them

What Happens Next
Once you submit this form, I’ll review your project personally. If it’s a good fit and I have enough information, I’ll follow up with a quote and timeline. If anything needs clarification — file setup, design support, or options — I’ll reach out before moving forward.
You can view the full process on the How It Works page.
File Setup Guide
Getting your files right from the start ensures your cards print high-quality and exactly as you envisioned (or better).
Here’s what you need to know before sending in your designs.
-
Preferred file format: PDF (one page per side)
Delivery: Combine all designs into a single file. For example: Page 1: Front A, Page 2: Back A, Page 3: Front B, Page 4: Back B, and so on
If you’re submitting multiple files, name them clearly
-
Print-ready size: 2.75” x 3.75” which includes 1/8” bleed on all sides
Safe zone: We recommend keeping important elements (text, logos, etc.) within the 2.3” x 3.3” boundary
-
Resolution: 300 DPI minimum
Color Mode: CMYK
Avoid using RGB colors, as they can appear duller or off-tone when printed.
-
If you’re designing in Adobe Illustrator, we have a ready-to-use template that shows the proper bleed and safe zones.
