Redwood Leadership Summit Trading Cards
Custom trading cards created for the 2025 Redwood Leadership Summit, turning conference attendees into a collectible card set and creating a fun, interactive experience during the event.
Project Overview
Each year, the Redwood Leadership Summit brings together leaders from across the Redwood Services family of companies for a multi-day conference focused on leadership, collaboration, and growth.
For the 2025 summit, I created a large-scale custom trading card set designed to celebrate the people behind the companies and give attendees a fun way to connect during the event.
Instead of traditional conference swag, attendees received foil packs of randomized trading cards featuring fellow leaders from across the Redwood network. The cards quickly became conversation starters as people opened packs, searched for colleagues, and traded with one another throughout the summit.

Cards were packaged in foil packs for distribution during the Redwood Leadership Summit
Attendees opened packs throughout the conference and traded cards with colleagues across the Redwood Services network
Each attendee received foil packs containing randomized cards, turning introductions into a collectible experience and encouraging attendees to meet, trade, and connect throughout the summit.
Packaging Experience
The goal of the project was to create something memorable that encouraged interaction between attendees from different companies within the Redwood Services network.
Each participant received their own custom trading card designed in a cohesive set style, allowing the entire summit group to become part of the same collectible set.
Packaging the cards in foil packs turned the experience into something fun and interactive. Attendees opened packs together, searched for colleagues, and traded cards throughout the conference.
What started as a creative idea quickly became one of the most talked-about experiences at the event.
“ Everyone loved the cards again this year.”
