Redwood Leadership Summit Trading Cards

Turning Conference Networking Into a Collectible Experience

A trading card experience created for the 2026 Redwood Leadership Summit featuring employees, leaders, autograph cards, relic cards, insert cards, and sealed foil packs designed exclusively for attendees.

The Story

When hundreds of leaders gather for a conference, it's easy for attendees to leave with a notebook full of notes and a handful of business cards. Redwood wanted to create something more engaging and memorable.

The goal of the Redwood Leadership Summit trading card project was to create something more engaging than traditional event materials while celebrating the people who drive the company's success.

The Challenge

Traditional conference materials are often forgotten shortly after the event ends.

Redwood was looking for a creative way to:

  • Increase attendee engagement

  • Encourage networking

  • Create excitement throughout the conference

  • Give attendees something worth keeping long after the event concluded

The experience needed to feel unique, interactive, and aligned with the energy of the summit.

The Experience

Trading Card Memories designed and produced a complete custom trading card series featuring employees and leaders from across the organization.

The project included 239 employee base cards, 16 insert cards, multiple autograph card sets, and custom relic cards inserted throughout the production run.

To create an authentic collecting experience, autograph cards were printed separately, shipped to featured leaders for signatures, returned, and randomly inserted into packs before final collation.

Every attendee received sealed foil packs containing a mix of base cards and special inserts, creating the excitement of opening traditional trading card packs while celebrating the people behind the company.

The result was an experience that encouraged attendees to explore the collection, discover colleagues from different regions and departments, and engage with the event in a completely unique way.

The Result

The trading cards became much more than an event giveaway.

The Redwood Leadership Summit trading card series became much more than a conference giveaway.

By turning employees into collectible cards, the project celebrated the people who make the organization successful while creating a memorable experience for attendees.

From base cards featuring team members across the company to rare autograph and relic cards hidden throughout the production run, each pack offered something new to discover.

The project demonstrated how trading cards can be used to strengthen company culture, increase event engagement, and create a shared experience that attendees continue talking about long after the event ends.

When the summit concluded, attendees left with more than event materials. They left with a collectible representation of the people, teams, and relationships that define Redwood.
