Event Trading Cards
Give your event something people keep.
Lanyards get tossed and tote bags get forgotten. A pack of trading cards with your speakers, your team or your big moment on them gets opened on the spot, traded across the room and taken home.
For conferences, leadership summits, team offsites, galas, launches and fan events.

Why cards work at events
The giveaway people actually talk about
A trading card turns a name badge into a conversation. People rip the pack, look for the faces they know, compare what they pulled and trade for the ones they want.
An instant icebreaker
Opening packs together gives a room of strangers something to do, something to laugh at and a reason to find each other.
Your people, front and center
Speakers, leaders, honorees or the whole team, each on their own card with a photo, a title and a story on the back.
A reason to stay engaged
Randomized packs, numbered foil parallels and rare chase cards keep people trading all event long.
Something that goes home
Cards end up on desks, in binders and on the fridge, so your event keeps getting talked about long after it ends.
Ways to use them
Ideas we’ve built for events
Pick one or combine a few. We’ll help you shape the set around your event, your budget and your date.
Speaker and attendee sets
Every speaker, or everyone in the room, gets a card. Attendees open packs to find colleagues and new connections.
Leadership and team offsites
Introduce the leadership team as a set, with a complete set in every pack so everyone leaves with the whole roster.
Collect-the-set games
Randomized packs, numbered parallels and one-of-one chase cards turn the event into a hunt people talk about.
Awards, honorees and VIPs
Slabbed and numbered cards for award winners, performers or guests of honor, presented on stage.
Giveaways at the gate
A deep run of designs for big crowds, from airshows to fan nights, so nobody at the door has to be rationed.
Launches and sponsor moments
A single designed card for a product or season launch, or sponsor cards and a branded foil wrapper for partners.
Events we’ve made cards for
Real events, real packs
A few of the conferences, summits, offsites and team events we’ve designed, printed and packed cards for.

Buying Sandlot Summit 2026
A speaker and leader series for the first youth sports business conference, hand-collated into packs so attendees had a reason to meet.

Redwood Leadership Summit
Leaders from across the Redwood family of companies as a randomized set, twenty cards to a foil pack. Redwood came back for a bigger set in 2026.

SoundCloud
The executive team as a ten-card set, with the complete set sealed in every custom foil pack, made on a tight timeline.

Boot Barn
A spring training theme for the Loss Prevention team’s strategy kickoff: vintage baseball cards with a slabbed card and 50 copies for every team member.

Golden State Warriors
The Warriors designed a parody set for media day. We produced the cards and sealed them in foil packs on a short turnaround.
What goes in the pack
Built like a real release
The moment people remember is tearing the pack open. We build it like a real trading card release, at your scale.
- Complete or randomized. A full set in every pack, or randomized packs so people trade to finish it.
- Chase cards. Holographic parallels, numbered foil, autographs and one-of-ones. See the foil patterns →
- Custom foil wrappers. Your event, your sponsors and your colors on the pack itself. More on packs →
- Slabs for the big moments. Graded-style cases for honorees, speakers and VIPs.
- A back that works. Bios, stats, a QR code to your agenda or a sponsor line on every card.
How it works
From your event date, working back
Tell us about the event
The date, the crowd and what you want people to walk away with. We reply with ideas and a written quote.
Send names and photos
A spreadsheet of names, titles and photos is all we need. We design the set, or work from your own artwork.
Approve the proofs
You see every card before anything prints, and we adjust until it’s right.
Printed, packed, shipped
Printed and cut at Archway Press, our family’s print shop near Philadelphia, then packed and shipped to you or the venue.
Plan for 3–4 weeks from the day your files are complete; custom packaging adds 2–3 weeks. Check your event date →
Questions
Event card FAQ
How far ahead should we order?
Plan for 3–4 weeks from the day your files are complete, and add 2–3 weeks if you want custom foil wrappers or boxes. If your date is close, tell us in your quote request and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Can every attendee or speaker have their own card?
Yes. Send us names, titles and a photo for each person, and we design the set around them. Redwood’s 2026 summit set had a card for every one of its 249 attendees and speakers.
Can the packs be randomized like real trading cards?
Yes. We can put a complete set in every pack, or randomize the packs so people open different cards and trade to finish the set. Numbered foil parallels and one-of-one chase cards make the hunt more fun.
Can we include sponsors?
Yes. Sponsors can go on the shared card back, on their own sponsor cards, or on the foil wrapper itself.
Where do the cards ship?
We pack and ship from Exton, Pennsylvania, to your office or straight to the venue, ready to hand out.
What is the minimum?
Our project minimum is $200. Most event sets are larger than that, and your written quote shows the exact price for your cards, packs and packaging.

What would your event look like as a set?
